Lite_Wait app for iPhone and iPad

This App is designed to improve customer service in restaurants as well as speeding up times.

The problem with most trips to restaurants is communication between the wait staff and the customer. It is not actually the verbal interaction but the necessary steps to start these communications. There are basically 3 times we are looking to communicate with a waiter or waitress (don’t bother me, service, and check).
This App conveys your intentions to the waiter or waitress. The App does not take away from the dining experience while making it convenient for staff.

The steps are easy. From the menu select your option and position your phone. To return to the menu screen simply touch the screen.

Red = Please Do Not Disturb
Yellow = Service Please
Green = Check Please

The App is easy to use because we already have these visuals in place but they are archaic in nature. We all know the holding up the cup to the waiter or how about signing your hand to get the check. When you use the App these same implications are a mere button push away. It speeds up transactions as well as reduces interruptions. It makes more time for staff to devote to customers who have needs then guessing when to break into a conversation. This App will speed up your service times while allowing you to concentrate on what is important.
